MXDVFAT is a set of software dedicated to fatigue design of materials and structures
 
 
Five methodological advances of MECAMIX:
 
 
·        A high cycle fatigue design platform, based on original methods, with already proven efficiency.

·         A methodology to solve low cycle fatigue problems under complex thermomechanical loadings, successfully developed by Dang Van and his collaborators.

·         With a great simplicity of use, MXDVFAT makes it possible to treat all complex multiaxial high cycle fatigue problems (massive parts with or without notch, sheets, mechanically welded structures, contact fatigue...)

·         MXDVFAT contains recent unpublished extensions (frequency and modal fatigue) that respond to the problem of vibratory fatigue and combine the reduction of computing time and industrial requirements.

·        The creation of dedicated simulation software (welding, repeated mobile contacts, shot peening, roller burnishing, dudgeon process, induction process ...) coupled with MXDVFAT makes it possible to accurately and optimally calculate the influence of residual stresses due to the fabrication process, surface treatment or service loads.
