CONSTITUTIVE BEHAVIOUR
Thanks to our skills of thermomechanical constitutive laws (thermo-elastoplasticity, thermo-elastovicoplasticity) and identification methods, we choose the best models to achieve a given objective, which reduces the number of required characterization tests, hence the time and costs of studies.
New advances in the formulation of multiphase materials with phase transformation behavior laws allow to simplify identification and numerical implementation for simulation of:
- Thermomechanical processes (welding, quenching, additive manufacturing...).
- Structures made of active materials (innovative materials, shape memory alloys, ferromagnetic materials, piezoelectric materials….).
